Annotime is an AI-powered note-taking app for meetings and conversations. When you connect your Zoom account, Annotime can access the meeting information needed to display your upcoming meetings and let you choose meetings for recording and note-taking.
Open the Annotime app and go to the meeting or Zoom integration feature.
Choose the option to connect your Zoom account. You will be taken through Zoom's authorization flow.
Review the requested permissions and authorize Annotime to access the Zoom account and meeting information required for the integration.
After authorization, Annotime can retrieve supported meeting information and display your upcoming meetings.
Choose the meeting you want to use with Annotime's meeting recording and note-taking features.
For supported meetings that you select, Annotime can provide meeting recording functionality and use the resulting content to generate AI-powered notes.
You can disconnect your Zoom account through the relevant account or integration settings in Annotime. Disconnecting the account stops Annotime from accessing your Zoom account through the integration.
